We hope you are looking forward to the Bingo evening on Saturday 19 August. These are very popular evenings and we have limited space in the clubhouse so it would be really helpful if you could reply to this email to let us know if you are coming and how many you are bringing. This will also help us to cater for the evening.
Details of the evening are:
The first game will start at 8pm.
You can play for as little as £1 per game and you will have the chance to win much more.
Food will be available at £5 per person.
A small proportion of the prize money will be retained by the club and all money made will go directly towards the upkeep of the clubhouse and ground.
A couple of the people who usually prepare food for these evenings will be away so we would really appreciate some new volunteers to prepare a dish. If you can prepare something please let us know when you reply to this email.
