Dear member,
In anticipation of a full season of cricket this year, we need your help to get the ground and clubhouse in tip top condition and we have organised two work parties at the ground on Saturday 20th and Saturday 27th March, starting at 10am on both days.
As we have the whole of the ground to work on, social distancing can be guaranteed and we have a range of jobs to do from getting the nets ready for practice, cutting back the hedging round the ground, cleaning the clubhouse and changing rooms and rubbing down and painting the boundary boards.
It really is a case of many hands making light work, so please make an effort to come down on one or both of the days, even if it is only for few hours. Useful things to bring include white paint, large paint brushes, wire brushes, rough sandpaper, hedge trimmers, saws and loppers and your own refreshments.
