You may be aware that Don Russel, a great supporter of Kimble cricket club for many years, recently passed away. His funeral will be held at Watermead crematorium at 12.30 on Monday 23 May and afterwards we are going to remember and celebrate his association with Kimble cricket club by hosting a gathering of his family and friends at the clubhouse. This will start at about 1.30pm and all members and players, past and present who would like to say goodbye to Don are most welcome to join us.
To commemorate Don's connection with Kimble, his family would like to raise £500 to buy a memorial bench for the cricket ground.
