Match report Following back to back victories, Kimble took on Chearsley and once again decided to bowl first. Steady bowling by Arron Allison, Jordan Price and John Dumbarton meant Chearsley made slow progress, only towards the end of their overs did they start to open up, but this allowed Jon Richards to pick up three wickets. Despite keeping Chearsley to less than a 100 from the bat, 38 extras pushed the final score to 135. In reply Ed Kent, 60, opened up straight from the start and along with Ali Russel, 41, they took the score to 121 before Ali was out. But with only 15 runs needed and 7 wickets in hand victory wasn't far away, or so we thought. Four wickets fell before Joe Smith hit the 2 runs needed to gain the victory.
