Match report Kimble 2nds returned to winning ways with a 6 wicket win over G&L Tew 4ths. After winning the toss and putting Tew in to bat tight bowling from Small Time and Skeggo restricted Tew to 46 for 3 off the first 20 overs. Then a stand of 39 helped by a number of dropped catches put Tew in a stronger position until Jordan Price removed the Tew captain for 24. Wickets then started to fall at regular intervals including a catch from Tone which put Arron Allison on a hat trick, which he bottled by bowling a wide ball down the leg side. After another wonderful tea from Justine; Kimble's reply started steady until a sloppy shot saw Tone caught on the fine leg boundary for 16, Pete D then followed two balls later for the same score. Arron A, 15, and Martin (Mary) Pearce, 21, then continued the scoring, once these two were out it was left to Ben Booker, 22, and Nathan Price, 19, to see us home, both of them hitting sixes, Ben's clearing the clubhouse and missing the cars parked there.
