Match report The Kimble Bears roared to a tremendous victory after a fine bowling spell from Sam, who is off to Wembley next week instead of continuing his fine form.The toss was lost by Danny, and Bradley was an early casualty after a dubious LBW decision.However, this spurred Steven and Ben on, who began to find the boundary regularly.Steven anchored the innings nicely until he gave his wicket away, attempting to slog their off spinner over cow corner, leaving the fans in the far corner scratching their heads.This wicket threatened a Kimble Crumble, however it was completely undercooked as Danny and Sam saw the innings through to pose a decent target of 241.After a delightful tea, Kimble were on the front foot early on after a sharp catch from Steven in the slips.Phil and Sam were bowling accurately, with edges coming thick and fast.As well as this, Phil produced a fine bit of fielding to run out their other opener.The innings flew by, with Sam wrapping things up in style with a hatrick closely followed by a 4 wicket maiden.The fans must have been pleased,and will now be back for next weeks game against Brackley.
