Match report First loss of the season mainly down to poor fielding and bowling, Kimble's score of 227 was below par considering they were 175 for 3 off 30 overs. Failing to use up the overs was another failing. In reply the bowlers couldn't find any consistency, the fact that there were no maidens shows that Bletchley were able to score runs easily helped by 28 wides. Even after a rain break that meant Bletchley needed 66 form 10 overs, Kimble were unable to stop the singles and boundaries, so Bletchley cruised to victory.
Kimble need to bounce back and concentrate on consistent bowling and awareness in the field, positioning is everything.
